Accounts Clerk

Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)

• Data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Preparation of Payment Voucher for monthly expenses, creditor payment and claims.

• Collaborate with Sales Department for Payment Receivable.

• Maintain proper filing of documents for record keeping.

• Assist in data entry, managing and monitoring of purchasing operations, open orders and Delivery.

• Other related duties may be assigned as necessary.

EDUCATION

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point Presentation.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
