ACCOUNTS/AUDIT ASSISTANT

Accounts Assistant - Job Responsibilities:

1. Support Accounts department such as issue and monitor billing, prepare payment vouchers and closing of monthly and yearly accounts.
2. Prepare SST reporting and submission.
3. Handle some administrative tasks.

Audit Assistant - Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform various audit engagements in different industry sectors including non-profit organizations.
2. Prepare audit working papers, audit report and relevant documentation including group financial statements using CCH Audit Software.
3. Liaise with clients on audit queries and issues.
4. Interact with company secretary and tax agents to obtain information required for the audit.
5. Support the planning, execution and delivery of audit engagements.
6. Assist audit manager in ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or pursuing Professional qualification such as MICPA-CAANZ, ACCA or ICAEW.
2. Fresh graduates or 1 to 2 years' experience.
3. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Possess analytical and critical thinking skills.
5. Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime.
6. Able to work independently and proactive.
7. Good command of spoken and written English. Able to converse in Mandarin will have an added advantage.
