Job Description

1. Prepare and perform reconciliation of the respective Accounts Receivable ("AR") assigned, including collections from debit card, credit cards, and e-wallets.
2. Perform daily accounting entries.
3. Follow up and monitor to clear any AR ageing.
4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders pertaining to AR.
5. Communicate with Operations and banks/financial institutions on unreconciled items.
6. Assist in income audit roles.
7. Assist in fixed assets verification tasks as and when requested.
8. Ensure documents are properly filed.
9. On-the-job training is provided.

Job Requirements:

1. Preference to have minimum LCCI, Certificate in Accounting/ Diploma in Accounting or Finance / CAT/ACCA Level 1 or equivalent.
2. Those with only SPM level qualification but have 2 years prior working experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable can apply.
