Job description

Position Level: Clerical

Job Type: Contract

Location: Putrajaya

Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience

Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Verify invoice and perform invoice processing.
  • Prepare and issue cheque/create online payment transactions.
  • Perform data entry into SAP for invoices and payment transactions.
  • Liaise with relevant parties (e.g., external and internal stakeholders) for any discrepancies or incompleteness of supporting documents.
  • Prepare monthly creditor aging report and bank reconciliation.
  • Any other tasks and duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
  • Preferably 2 years or more of relevant working experience.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • SAP experience is an added advantage.
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
