Accounts Assistant (6 months contract)
Job description
Position Level: Clerical
Job Type: Contract
Location: Putrajaya
Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience
Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Responsibilities:
- Verify invoice and perform invoice processing.
- Prepare and issue cheque/create online payment transactions.
- Perform data entry into SAP for invoices and payment transactions.
- Liaise with relevant parties (e.g., external and internal stakeholders) for any discrepancies or incompleteness of supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly creditor aging report and bank reconciliation.
- Any other tasks and duties assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
- Preferably 2 years or more of relevant working experience.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- SAP experience is an added advantage.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
