Accounts Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in general accounting and accounting reports
• Handle daily accounting functions such as checking, verifying, and processing invoices; analyzing discrepancies and unpaid invoices; handling the general ledger, etc.
• Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled
• Carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Added advantage if with 1 year of working experience in the related field
• Mature and responsible
