Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day accounting data entries for clients’ full set accounts assigned by management.
  • Liaising with clients, client's suppliers, clients' third party service providers, auditors, and tax agents.
  • Filing of documents.
  • Working with spreadsheets, ledgers, and journals.
  • Controlling credit and chasing debts.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
  • Assists Superior to prepare accounting reports when required.
