About the role

Presto Music Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounting & Finance Executive to join our team in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for handling a range of accounting and financial duties to support the overall success of the business.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
2. Manage student fee payments and follow up on overdue payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
3. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
4. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
5. Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.

What we're looking for

1. A degree in Accounting and Finance is highly preferred (or minimum Diploma in Accounting and Finance).
2. Experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the Accounting and Financial Accounting & Reporting industries.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
4. Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office applications.
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
