To maintain full set of company accounts and finalization for annual audit
To prepare invoice, payment and receipt
Daily banking and monthly bank reconciliation
Liaison with auditors on finalization of company statutory audit and resolve audit and accounting issue
Liaison with tax agent and IRB on company taxation matters
To monitor company cash flow and liaison with bank
To prepare tenancy-related documents, correspondence and liaison with solicitors to facilitate the preparation, execution, and administration of tenancy agreements
To monitor tenant deposits and rental payments to ensure timely collections and initiate follow-up actions for any arrears
To monitor tenancy agreements/contracts for renewals and terminations
To maintain up-to-date documentation and filing systems for easy reference
To address tenant inquiries and assist on matters related to tenancy documentation
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience
3 years working experience in maintaining full set of company accounts
Working experience in commercial building leasing company preferred
