Responsibilities

  • To maintain full set of company accounts and finalization for annual audit
  • To prepare invoice, payment and receipt
  • Daily banking and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Liaison with auditors on finalization of company statutory audit and resolve audit and accounting issue
  • Liaison with tax agent and IRB on company taxation matters
  • To monitor company cash flow and liaison with bank
  • To prepare tenancy-related documents, correspondence and liaison with solicitors to facilitate the preparation, execution, and administration of tenancy agreements
  • To monitor tenant deposits and rental payments to ensure timely collections and initiate follow-up actions for any arrears
  • To monitor tenancy agreements/contracts for renewals and terminations
  • To maintain up-to-date documentation and filing systems for easy reference
  • To address tenant inquiries and assist on matters related to tenancy documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Experience

  • 3 years working experience in maintaining full set of company accounts
  • Working experience in commercial building leasing company preferred
