About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Admin Assistant to join our team at Specialist stationery in the Bukit Merah Central Region. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support to our accounting department, ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
  2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our accounting system
  3. Reconciling bank statements and other financial records
  4. Preparing invoices, statements, and other financial documents
  5. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
  6. Providing customer service and responding to inquiries related to accounts
  7. Performing general administrative duties to support the accounting team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts administration or clerical role
  2. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  3. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  4. Good communication and customer service skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
