Accounts

• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
• Communicate with cina suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm deliveries, and process orders.
• Track and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Maintain organized purchasing records and supplier documentation.
• Compare supplier prices to identify cost-effective options.
• Negotiate payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Ensure raw material stock levels are maintained to meet production needs.
• Prepare monthly purchasing reports for the director.
• Handle supplier evaluations and update supplier files regularly.
