Job description

Main Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling support requests and accounting system-related questions over the phone and by email.
  • Resolve client’s technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform accurate and appropriate system configuration for accounting software issues.
  • Remotely connect to customer workstations or servers to troubleshoot accounting software-related issues.
  • Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals and following procedures.
  • Perform data migration work and conduct product training for end users when necessary.
  • Involve in ad-hoc projects and pre-implementation discussions.

Main Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma with relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop Support is preferred.
  • Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills are an added advantage.
  • A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
