Accounting Officer (1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities

• Support on e-invoicing matter for e.g. submission of self-bill e-invoice, master data maintenance in e-invoice system etc.
• Support month-end closing activities such as preparation of accrual form, simple data analytics etc.
• Support in annual external audit and tax submission, providing required information and documents to the relevant parties.
• Support credit control matter.
• Ensure proper maintenance of records, documents, and filling to support all accounting entries.
• Administrative support and clerical tasks.
• Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Basic bookkeeping and accounting knowledge.
• Intermediate skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Good interpersonal skills, results driven and a team player.
