Take charge of the full spectrum of accounts and finance functions including but not limited to the preparing and review of monthly/quarterly management accounts.
Maintain and enforce a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
Ensure the team’s accurate and timely delivery of reports.
Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making.
Assist in tax-related matters.
Liaise with auditors, company secretary, tax agents, and authorities on related job matters.
