Position Title: Industry Consulting (Business and Management)
Job Description
There are 5 account staff and handle 5 companies:
Management of Accounting Processes: Overseeing the financial and accounting processes of the company to ensure efficient and accurate financial activities (Monthly and Yearly).
Budgeting and Management: Creating annual budgets, tracking budget performance, and developing strategies to achieve budgetary goals.
Financial Reporting: Generating financial reports (such as income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, etc.) and providing them to management and shareholders.
Accounting Software Management: Utilizing accounting software for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Cash Flow Management: Effectively managing the company's funds, monitoring cash flow, and optimizing capital utilization.
Audit Compliance: Handling internal and external audits to maintain transparency of financial data and processes and finalize to audit firm.
Employee Management: Leading, training, and managing the finance team.
Expense Management: Monitoring overall company expenses and managing the petty cash fund for minor and day-to-day expenses.
Financial Reporting: Creating reports for financial institutions and investors, providing information on fundraising and investments.
Salary: 8000~12000 (RM)

Requirements
✓Experience in Accounting: At least 5 years of experience in the finance department, particularly in roles related to the financial industry or loan services.
✓Accounting Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting principles and familiarity with regulatory standards in the financial industry, including a strong understanding of financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and can annual closing.
✓Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively lead and guide the finance department, demonstrating strong leadership abilities.
✓Language Requirement: Must be able to speak Chinese.
