Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Developing and installing financial policies, procedures and conducting audits.
• Tracking the accuracy of financial reports, budgets, expenditure and revenue.
• Giving strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Delegating, supervising and participating in an accounting department task.
• Monitoring accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliation.
• Meet financial objectives of the company.
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data, cash flow forecasting and produce financial reports or statements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, or professional certificate.
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager.
• Should be well-versed in handling all types of accounting and auditing matters.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
• Proven knowledge of finance, management and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• High level of efficiency and accuracy.
• At least 5 years of related experience in the manufacturing industry.
