Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Solve problems from sites related to accounting issues, check and approve modifications, and respond to emails and WhatsApp messages on Committee’s and Auditor’s queries.
2. Prepare monthly Financial Report, including data entry into the system for contra entries and audit adjustments, prepare listings, bank reconciliation, and breakdown of reports.
3. Attend monthly meetings at the site as required.
4. Check work done by Account Assistant, Account Executive, Senior Account Executive, and Assistant Account Manager.
5. Advise and guide on accounting issues.
6. Verify and check monthly reports.
7. Perform monthly site audits.
8. Arrange site audit schedule and update in WhatsApp group.
9. Setup new sites.
10. Assist sites with yearly budgets together with the Operations Manager.
11. Perform additional tasks as requested by superiors.
12. Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
