Accounting & Finance Executive

Role
Responsible for all documentation related to Admin/Human Resources, Finance, and assisting the director in personal/company related documentation.
Responsibilities
Administration
- Manage the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
- Ensure all company assets are well taken care of.
- Support all internal & external HR-related inquiries or requests.
Finance
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners on the remittance of payment.
- Ensure payment & payment slip to vendors, talents, and other partners are timely made and processed.
- Ensure all Finance transactions are accurately tabulated and recorded.
- Prepare documents for bookkeeping purposes; ensure the bookkeeping numbers are tallied with the supporting documents.
- Provide and update AR-AP reports to the director on a weekly basis.
- Update internal system with financial data.
- Calculate monthly commission for the Business Development team.
- Assist the Director to liaise with the Audit Team on Audit reports.
Director/Strategy
- Tabulate the director’s monthly claims and receipts.
- Assist the director in personal/company related documentation.
- Assist all strategy-related projects and report to the director.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Admin / HR / Finance.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions).
- Attention to detail. Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Time-management and planning, communication, interpersonal & organizing skills.
- Capable of establishing strong connections with employees across all levels of the company.
