Accounting Executive, Business Outsourcing

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting functions, including data entry, filing, and the maintenance and updating of account records.
• Handle the full set of accounts.
• Enter all transaction details accurately into the system.
• Prepare monthly and yearly account schedules.
• Prepare journal entries for the month-end and year-end closing.
• Assist seniors with other ad-hoc duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field.
• Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in the accounting field.
• Experience in using accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
