Accounting Executive

Able to handle full set accounts (monthly and yearly basis).

Liaising with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, lawyers, government authorities, suppliers, and sub-contractors.

Preparation of budget/forecast, cash flow projection, tax estimates, and monitoring cash flow of the company.

Ensure timely closing of accounts during month-end or year-end.

Willing to undertake challenges and handle multiple ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned from time to time.

Provide guidance to fellow team members and support to management in the preparation, analysis, and reporting of financial results.

Credit control functions and collections.

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates who possess at least LCCI, Diploma in Finance/Accountancy, or are currently pursuing accounting courses such as ACCA or CIMA are encouraged to apply. At least 3 years of working experience in a related field will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in full set accounts.
• Familiar with SQL accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Excellent computer skills, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well at all levels.
