Job description

Accounting & Finance

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and payments.
  • Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and liaise with external auditors or tax consultants.

Administrative & HR Support

  • Handle office administration, including procurement and inventory management.
  • Maintain employee records, process payroll, and handle claims/reimbursements.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring HR policies are followed.
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and company filings.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting and administration.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with HR and office operations is a plus.
  • Good communication skills in English, Chinese and Malay.
