Accounting cum Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
・Responsible for monthly accounts closing (AR, AP, Journal, Bank Reconciliation).
・Carry out general accounting including monthly provision, accruals, prepayment and fixed assets listing.
・Assist in month-end closing and year-end audit.
・Prepare supporting schedules for audit and tax purposes.
・Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, secretary, government office, etc.
・Liaise with insurance agent for new policies and renewals.
・Liaise with all employees on monthly staff claims, as well as verification and timely processing of staff claims.
・Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system.
・Update the monthly aging report.
・Follow up payment from customers.
・Prepare documents for government and statutory bodies related to Visa/ employment pass application and renewal, business license, etc.
・Responsible for maintenance of employees’ database, leave records.
・Coordinate with IT vendor for infrastructure and support issues.
・General admin support, office and car maintenance, hotel reservation, etc.
・Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by managers.

Qualifications:
■ MUST REQUIREMENTS
・Diploma / Degree from Accounting or Finance related study.
・Fresh graduates welcome to apply.

■ ADVANTAGES
