Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly financial and transaction reports.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Diploma/degree/certificate in accounting or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field.
  • Familiar with UBS and AutoCount system.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
