Accounting Chief - Penang - Crowe Malaysia PLT

The Accounting Chief will oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the accounting team for efficient operations and high performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Advise on financial decisions, profitability, and cost optimization.
• Evaluate tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Oversee external audits and manage relationships with auditors and financial institutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
