Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparation of a full set of accounting engagements and management reports for clients' accounts across various industries.
2. Handle, compile, and file daily accounting functions including but not limited to data entry, filing, maintaining, and updating of accounts records.
3. Perform bank, inter-company, and creditors reconciliation.
4. Interact, coordinate, and liaise with clients to gather information and updates.
5. Perform other business process outsourcing engagements including but not limited to Payroll and Raising Payments as assigned.
6. Complete assigned tasks in accordance with the schedule and mandate given.
7. Render support and assistance to your superior with analytics and advice on improving clients' internal budgets and operations.
8. Perform ad-hoc accounting duties as instructed by your superior.
