Accounting Analyst - Full Set of Accounting

Job Responsibilities

1. Involve in daily operations in accounting department e.g. interface
2. Involve in E-Invoicing daily operation
3. Maintenance of full sets accounts involving recording of daily transactions & month end closing.
4. Perform quarterly reporting.
5. To accountable on preparation of financial statement for external and internal party
6. Reconciliation/ analysis of balance sheet items and analysis of Profit & Loss account items for data accuracy and control purpose.
7. Assist in internal and external audit process and liaise with auditors.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance.
2. Possess certifications like LCCI & ACCA additional advantages.
3. Min 1-3 years experiences in Accounting/Finance, but Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply (has learned accounting experience during internship).
4. Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia
5. Basic knowledges in Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Accounting Software Knowledge
