Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with our finance team and contribute to the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports.
• Preparation of budget, forecast, variance analysis and other reports.
• Liaising with external/internal auditors, company secretary, legal, and other parties to ensure compliance with all matters relating to audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
• Review transactions and documentation to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Any ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of accounting standards.
• Experience working with multiple currencies.
• Able to effectively manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
• Audit experience is a definite advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word; SAP or ONESTEAM experience is an added advantage.
• Required language: English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Willing to travel to ASEAN countries when needed.
• A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
• Good working attitude and adapt to change.
• Fully vaccinated for Covid-19.
