Accountant or Accounting Senior Executive

Job Summary:

The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Practical experience in accounting or finance roles is essential, showcasing a robust understanding of financial management, reporting, and compliance.
2. Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks or SAP, is crucial for efficient financial management and accurate reporting.
3. Candidates must exhibit strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
4. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to provide valuable financial support and advice, and a high level of integrity and professionalism is expected to ensure accurate and compliant financial practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

1. Office based.
2. Standard working hours: 8.30AM – 5.30PM.
3. Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.
