Requirements:

• Mandarin speaker.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on payroll and financial reporting.
• Experienced in managing financial transactions for high-volume (million) sales.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, or SAP).
• Good understanding of Malaysian tax laws, payroll regulations, and financial standards.

Responsibilities:

• Process and oversee monthly payroll, including deductions, allowances, and statutory contributions.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, payroll regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Monitor and manage financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and audits.
• Analyze financial data to support budgeting and decision-making.
• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.
