Oversee the full range of finance department functions, including financial and management reporting for the Group.
This includes overseeing treasury, accounting, cash flow management, tax compliance, and audit activities to support the achievement of the Group's overall corporate goals and vision.
Ensure that all financial and accounting reports comply with Malaysian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as well as relevant regulations from tax authorities and the Central Bank of Malaysia.
Review the Group's organizational structure to implement effective tax planning strategies and maximize savings.
Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow projections for the Group. Design equity and debt funding strategies to raise capital for development projects and secure necessary banking facilities.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, bankers, property valuers, and other external partners. Coordinate efficiently with these stakeholders to achieve the successful completion of projects.
Provide financial insights, proposals, recommendations, and other financial support to the Board of Directors to aid in decision-making processes.
Develop and implement a succession plan to build a strong, people-oriented finance team, ensuring continuous growth and success of the organization's finance division.

Requirements:
A minimum of a degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification.
Membership with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) or the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) is highly preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in commercial accounting, business finance, and a minimum of 2 years in auditing.
Strong analytical abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and business acumen.
Detail-oriented, independent, with outstanding communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with group consolidation will be an advantage.
