Accountant

Position: Senior Architect
Status: Contract 6 months' probation Under PERSOLKELLY and will be absorbed under company if fit for the role.
Location: Skudai, Johor
Company Background: Architecture Firm
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (1 hour lunch break)
Salary: RM3.5k - RM 4k

Job Descriptions:

1. Handle full set of accounting and invoice processing.
2. Control and preparing yearly budget planning.
3. Managing month-end and year-end close processes.
4. Prepare financial reports and year-end closing management account.
5. Responsible for general accounting, account receivable, payable and bank reconciliation.
6. Preparing cashflow projection.
7. Manage and maintain organized financial statements and reports.
8. Company account Document Control.
9. Company KPI system accounting work.

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Preferable 3-5 years of working experiences in Accounting or equivalent.
• Familiar with accounting software (SQL).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Prefer mandarin speaker due to handle clients from Taiwan and China.
