Job description

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is preferred.
  • At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of working experience.
  • Possess own transport.

Responsibilities

  • Manage finance and accounting functions, including management reporting, tax compliance, audit coordination, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Monitor daily financial transactions.
  • Oversee accounting procedures like billing and invoicing.
  • Review, approve, and process payments in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that tax processes and other financial activities follow government regulations.
  • Prepare and examine data before inputting into general ledger accounts.
  • Recognize and settle inconsistencies in financial records.
  • Work with banks, public auditors, and other external parties to maintain orderly financial records.
