Job Requirements
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is preferred.
At least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, or Business Administration.
At least 3 years of working experience.
Possess own transport.
Responsibilities
Manage finance and accounting functions, including management reporting, tax compliance, audit coordination, financial planning, and analysis.
Monitor daily financial transactions.
Oversee accounting procedures like billing and invoicing.
Review, approve, and process payments in a timely manner.
Ensure that tax processes and other financial activities follow government regulations.
Prepare and examine data before inputting into general ledger accounts.
Recognize and settle inconsistencies in financial records.
Work with banks, public auditors, and other external parties to maintain orderly financial records.
