Roles, Responsibilities and Job Expectations

1. Verify and allocate posting of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
2. Perform monthly accounts reconciliation - Ensure accurate and timely closing and integrity of financial statements.
3. Responsible for treasury and payments.
4. Responsible for Fixed Assets Management.
5. Improve accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
6. Recommend improvements to accounting systems, internal control procedures, and finance operations.
7. Establish procedures and maintain internal controls.
8. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and Swiss GAAP.
9. Responsible for yearly financial audit and financial statement preparation.
10. Prepare tax reporting supporting information.
11. Perform ad-hoc duties and reports as assigned by the superior.
12. Responsible for gathering and analyzing expenses and financial reports.
13. Involved in yearly stock count.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

1. Candidate must possess at least a diploma in accounting, ACCA, CIMA, or other equivalent qualifications.
2. At least 2 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
4. Hands-on and a team player who is able to deal with all levels of people.
5. Possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to manage projects and workload with minimal supervision, attention to detail, and result-oriented.
6. Must possess analytical skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Meticulous and timely in meeting deadlines.
8. Must be computer literate, familiar with ERP system, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
