Accountant

Job Types: Permanent, Full time, Onsite, 5 days.

Job Description:

• Maintain and update financial records by tracking expenses, revenues, and other transactions.
• Ensure that financial records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
• Ensure reports are accurate and compliant with relevant accounting standards.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasting future financial trends.
• Monitor actual performance against the budget and report on variances.
• Provide regular financial reports to management.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights on cost control and revenue generation.
• Other tasks assigned by the director.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with accounting software (UBS/SQL/AutoCount) is highly preferred.
• Must know how to use Microsoft Excel.
• Full set accounts and finance operation experience is required.
• Experience in communicating and working with auditors to support audits, provide necessary documentation, and respond to audit inquiries.
• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel to client meetings, bank deposits, or other off-site duties.
