The founding team has more than 50 years of experience and a proven track record in finance, digital assets and tech as operators, builders and entrepreneurs. To realise its goal, OpenEden has gathered a good mix of young and seasoned professionals with deep expertise in technology, operations, regulated activities and regulatory compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

A. Work Experience:

1. 2 to 5 years of experience in the audit or regulatory industry focused on fund accounting/operations.
2. The following will be beneficial but are not strictly mandatory:
   
   1. Experience/Exposure to digital assets in the context of accounting.
   2. Practical experience with tools such as etherscan and/or other digital asset related tools.

1. Independent mindset, with the ability to show initiative and take charge of own work and responsibilities.
2. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
3. Detail-oriented, ability to manage stress effectively and meet various deadlines.
4. Possess mental flexibility to cover and pivot between multiple and varied tasks.

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent demonstrable practical experience.
2. Possession of Chartered Accountant qualifications will be considered an advantage.

1. Flat reporting structure with direct access and guidance from key stakeholders.
2. The ability to develop expertise and distinguish yourself in the rapidly developing field of digital asset accounting in a regulated environment.
3. Remote or Flexible work arrangements and salary commensurate with experience.
