Accountant

Responsibilities:

1. Process and record day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reimbursements.
2. Manage daily banking operations, including liaising with banking institutions, maintaining accounts, and ensuring smooth cash flow management.
3. Record and analyze basic accounting journal transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
4. Review and process employee expense claims, verifying accuracy and adherence to company policies.
5. Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
6. Support the annual external audit process and assist in inventory stock checks to maintain accurate records and compliance.
7. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Manager, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance team.
