Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Maintaining customer accounts
  2. Working with a billing system generating invoices
  3. Collecting payments
  4. Raising and sending invoices to customers
  5. Posting payments to customer accounts
  6. Tracking overdue invoices and following up on them
  7. Posting receipts in a timely manner
  8. Securing revenue
  9. Applying fair credit practices
  10. Updating reports in a timely manner
