Account Receivable Executive

Job Responsibility

1. Perform AR daily routine operation.
2. Download bank statement and prepare bank related reports.
3. Check and confirm remittance transactions and update into the system.
4. Record and follow up daily cash collections, and credit payment, ensuring remittance is received in a timely manner.
5. Prepare Statement of Account, support customer’s enquiry and agent’s transactions.
6. Reconcile and upload billing report to customer’s billing portal and support on dispute transactions.
7. Collaborate with sales team and follow up outstanding, support on billing adjustment and issue reminder letters to customers.
8. Prepare AR related reports and support other ad hoc assignments as required.
9. Assist on month end closing and monthly reporting.
10. Support other ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

1. Good command in English and Mandarin.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidate must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
3. Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Detail-oriented and willing to take on challenges.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot, Vlookup, etc.).
