Account Payable Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our dynamic team at PMG Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Sarikei, Sarawak. This full-time position is responsible for managing the company's accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our suppliers and vendors.

What you'll be doing

• Processing and verifying invoices for accuracy and approval
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions
• Reconciling accounts payable ledgers and resolving any discrepancies
• Liaising with suppliers and vendors to address queries and resolve issues
• Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
• Adhering to the company's financial policies and procedures
• Providing support to the finance team as required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts payable role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field is preferred
