As a LSS Account Manager, you are to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts for Conveyors and Sortation Systems for the airport & e-commerce industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
  • Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelor degree with electrotechnical / automation control / mechanical design
  • Over 3 years working experience in BHS / Sorter solutions / warehouse logistics solutions
  • Candidates with Engineering / R&D / field service background are preferred
  • Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage as the role involves communication with Mandarin speaking stakeholders
