Job Title: Account Manager for Zen Living Short-term Rentals

About Zen Living:

Zen Living Short-Term Rentals is a co-hosting company managing over 100 listings across the US, Canada, Spain, Mexico, and Australia. We are passionate about helping homeowners maximize their short-term rental success by providing expert management and support.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with up to 150 homeowners. You will act as their go-to expert and support to ensure their continued success with our partnership. Success looks very different for each homeowner. This role requires a strong understanding of the short-term rental market, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of up to 150 homeowner accounts.
2. Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with existing homeowners.
3. Onboard new homeowners and guide them through the setup process.
4. Act as an expert resource for homeowners, providing advice and support on all aspects of short-term rental management.
5. Collaborate effectively with other operational teams within Zen Living to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Proactively identify and address homeowner needs and concerns.
7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and work towards achieving targets.
8. Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements.

Requirements:

1. Expert knowledge of the Airbnb platform. Technology adaptive to learn other software quickly.
2. Patient, adaptable, and resourceful.
3. Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
6. Strategic thinker, solution-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
7. A strong willingness to go above and beyond to support homeowners.
8. Ability to work independently and remotely.

Compensation and Benefits:

1. Fully remote position.
2. Competitive base salary of 4500-10,000 MYR per month based on experience.
