Job description

KKday is accelerating the world’s transition to a brand new travel experience. As the largest travel-experience platform in Asia, KKday is committed to integrating and developing a one-stop platform to meet all travellers’ needs.

KKday has curated more than 300,000 unique experiences and activities in over 92 countries and 550 cities around the world. KKday has also stepped into the field of SaaS service (Rezio) and new OMO system (KKday Marketplace) to build up the business ecosystem.

You will play a key role in sustaining our relationships with Partners while ensuring Partners' product quality on KKday's platforms. The ideal candidate must thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multi-tasking are the precedence.

Account Management

  • Ensure their products (content, rates, and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive to maximize customer conversion.
  • Review products weekly and request BD to deal with suppliers.
  • Develop and sustain strong partner relationships by providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services to partners (operation management advice, marketing opportunities with KKday).

Destination

  • Destination intelligence: Understand the industry and its developments - good knowledge of market trends, customer booking trends, partners’ rate structure, and pros and cons of competitors’ model.
  • Identify, prioritize on-trend products to push sales.

Internal Stakeholders

  • Collaborate with BD team to acquire products according to the assigned area.
  • Work with Marketing Team to define marketing campaigns/promotions to maximize ROI (i.e Customer Acquisition, GMV, Profit Growth).

Others

  • Report and analyze - follow the plan from line manager and/or top management, implement, and monitor KPI.
  • Analyze and discuss trends, issues, and opportunities with the team.

We would love to hear from you if…

  • You have background in Tourism or E-commerce (ideally 1 year experience), team management (preferred) experience in the inventory team of an OTA or travel agency.
  • You have experience using Wechat app.
  • You are highly effective in communication and influencing skills with fluency in both English and Chinese.
  • You have exceptional client service skills and enjoy working with people.
  • You are data-driven, attention to detail.
  • You have high energy, positive, professional attitude; take pride in work product.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have great teamwork skills, as well as individual initiative.
  • You have strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • You have strong demonstrated independence skills and the ability to spearhead initiatives & succeed in a fast pace, startup environment.
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in to help your colleagues when needed.
