ACCOUNT / FINANCE Executive

• Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role preferred.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized files and records of financial documents.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper financial management and reporting.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions.
• Develop financial models and forecasts to support decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor budgetary performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct financial forecasting to assist in long-term planning.
• Monitor and manage the organization’s cash flow to ensure liquidity.
