Account Executive, Trade Credit
We’re hiring! We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Trade Credit team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from the office.

What the day will look like
- Provide account management servicing support to existing client base
- Provide policy administrative support to existing client base
- Provide sales and marketing support, operational & administrative support to facilitate new business development
- Proactively build entrenched relationship with clients, prospects and business partners
- Proactively identify client’s changing needs and requirements
- Proactively seeking new product developments and changes from business partners
- Responsible to provide support and assistance on assigned tasks / projects as required by your reporting Manager
- Maintain regular and proper filing of records as per the Company's operation policies
- Maintain monthly report on policy renewal status and operational issues
- Maintain timely periodic updates on sales / marketing / operational / financial as required by the department or company
- Must be willing to travel nationwide and within the region as when required basis
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Degree holder from Accounting, Finance, International Business, Economics or related discipline preferred
- Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in broking, insurance, risk management or client servicing roles.
- Possess a positive mental attitude and readiness to create an impact
- Possess a valid class driving license
- Proficiency in MS office for example Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc
