ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to join our team at Tech-Store Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and accounting processes.

• Handle full sets of accounts and responsible for smooth month-end closing, monthly reports and other financial matters.
• Responsible for the overall preparation of management and financial reports in compliance with management requirements including P&L and Balance Sheets schedule.
• Responsible for Accounts Receivable / Account Payable function, i.e. billing / invoicing, collections, payment, credit control, account analysis and other reporting.
• Timely update customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable such as processing sales invoices, return notes, and sales credit notes.
• Perform reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, accruals, supplier, intercompany and bank.
• Assist in cash flow management - allocate, plan and monitor funds to ensure efficient cash flow.
• Assist in the preparation of rolling financial forecasts and annual budgets.
• Prepare relevant audit schedule, tax computations and tax estimation.
• Review and monitor monthly SST filing and check appropriate tax code.
• Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties of a company.
• Handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed.

• Must possess at least Bachelor 's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MACPA/CPA).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting related field preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software such as Microsoft Excel and Autocount is added advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and Malaysian tax regulations.
• Detail oriented, good at time management, self-motivated and quick to learn new concepts and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
