Prepare a full set account for Project Management & Property Development subsidiaries companies.
Assist reviewing & monitor the financial performance, cashflow and feasibility study of the project and ensure changes of the layout plan, launching program or development plan are to be updated.
Check daily operation works done by Account Clerk/Assistant such as collection, bank-in and cheques issued are recorded and updated to the respective bank account.
Prepare project cashflow, profit forecast and projection as assigned.
Assist in liaising with bankers, auditors and tax agents.
Assist in tax computation for submission to IRB.
Assist in preparation of ad-hoc reports as required.
Requirements
Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years working experience, preferably in Property Development Industry.
