Account Executive - (Property Management) - Immediate Hiring

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with General Manager and Department Heads
• Collaboration with Clients (JMB/MC/ PBT/ COB/ KPKT/ Auditor & others)
• Bank Reconciliation and Payment Vouchers
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Audit and Inspection Management
• Compliance with Guidelines and Relevant Laws
• Participation in Meetings and Discussions (monthly meeting/ AGM/ Pre AGM)
• Ensuring Compliance with Accounting Systems and Related Software (CSS/ UBS/ Peach Tree/ Advelsoft/ Auto Account/ Go Live & others)
• Financial Reporting for Development Areas under company Supervision
• Ensuring Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
• Providing Special Reports for Company
• Guidance and Training for Accounting Team
• Financial Analysis and Recommendations for Development Area
• Specialist in Bank Reconciliation
• Any ad hoc task will be given from time to time as per instructed by Manager/ Head of Department/ General Manager/ Chief Financial Officer
