Job Description:

1. Full Set of Accounts:

  1. Handle the full set of accounts.
  2. Process and record financial transactions accurately.
  3. Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  4. Financial Statements and Bank Reconciliations.
  5. Support to budgeting and forecasting.

2. Compliance and Audit:

  1. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
  2. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

3. Cost Management:

  1. Monitor and analyze logistics-related expenses and costs.
  2. Prepare cost analysis reports and support cost control initiatives.

4. Process Improvement:

  1. Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and procedures.
  2. Recommend enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

5. Coordination and Support:

  1. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information related to logistics operations.
  2. Support financial planning and analysis activities.

6. Documentation and Filing:

  1. Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
  2. Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial documents.

Job Requirement:

  1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in accounting, experience in logistics industry is highly preferable.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
