Account Executive (Logistic Industries, Full set)

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts and management report.
• Perform month-end closing activities, including the preparation and review of journal entries for the General Ledger (GL) module.
• Liaise with external parties and support with audit and tax filing issues.
• Prepare intercompany transactions, balance reconciliation, and settle outstanding balances periodically.
• Monthly bank account reconciliation, ensuring the bank statements align with the financial records.
• Review account receivable/account payable aging and take necessary action accordingly.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Perform ad hoc tasks to support the financial management function.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent certificates in financial accounting.
• Proven experience managing a full set of accounts, with strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Able to liaise with external parties on audit and tax filing issues independently.
