ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (GL)

Job Responsibilities

1. Preparation of full set of financial accounts & reports.
2. Daily update on cash flow.
3. Able to meet accounting deadline for monthly accounts closing and review to ensure entire entries are captured correctly and according to accounting standards.
4. Monitoring account receivable (collection & SOA) in a timely manner.
5. Monitor and control of petty cash.
6. Maintain and reconcile local / forex bank / cash account.
7. Prepare and ensure all journal entries are completely, properly captured and updated.
8. To ensure all the fixed assets records are properly maintained and updated.
9. Preparation and ensure the stock take carried out accordingly.
10. Prepare and analysis report as and when required.
11. To manage day to day operations of the accounts department.
12. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.

Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.

At least 3 years(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required skill(s): Familiar with AutoCount accounting software, Excel & Word.
