Company Background:
We are representing our client which is in the F&B industry. As they are growing, they are looking for an Account Executive to join them.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Solve discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices.
- Monitor backlog invoices and give direction to teams to drive down the backlog number accordingly.
- Review reports and vendor reconciliations and act on overdue open items.
- Responsible for ensuring KPIs for Accounts Payable are met, including timely processing and payment of invoices.
- Develop action plans to help the team achieve KPI.
Job Requirements:
- Professional Qualifications, e.g., ACCA/CPA/MIA, Degree in Accounting.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a finance managerial position, preferably in a related industry.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate and steer towards the organization’s mission and goals.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required due to company culture.
- Candidates must have a driving license and possess their own transport.
- Full-Time position(s).
- Fast-paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure.
